Day 26 no good progress

I have a pain in my hip joint for the past week, I am not sure where it came from, but it is between the bone and the muscles, kept me from sleeping well these past day and kept me from the workouts all week. today it is almost gone, lets see how the night is going to be.

I am not sure how well this KFB is for me, from the overview of 3+weeks i think i missed workouts at least 1/2. diet is relatively OK, but workout is out the window. same for Aikido these past month.

I am trying o stick with the program but i would definitely give be a D- all most an F.

I am not giving up, but no in also.

  1. Don't get too bogged down by your performance to date. Just recommit and get it right. You'll feel so good if you can get your body working right at these deep levels. Come down to Yokohama sometime and let's get you on track!

  2. Yes, do what you can. Just don't give up. I can't go to Yokohama (well, not as easily as you can!) so you have to go for me too. :)

  3. I am having a tough time also. I'm considering just starting the whole thing over - on my own. I'm too far behind. Not sure what you should do. Patrick will be able to help you I'm sure. Great that you are so close to him.
